Kolker Law Offices, P.C. is a General Practice Law Office which was founded 39 years ago. The office consists of Charles J. Kolker, Jr. (retired), Chris Kolker and Cheryl Z. Fisher.
The law office prides itself on personal attention and a comfortable atmosphere. In addition, the office enjoys a support staff of three full time paralegals and secretaries who have multiple years of experience in helping clients.
The attorneys and support staff are highly trained in state-of-the-art computer technology. Computer equipment and software is updated regularly in the office to quickly access client files and information. In order to ensure the most up-to-date legal information and case law, the law office uses Westlaw® legal research and various on-line services.
Chris Kolker specializes in large personal injury, insurance bad faith and workers compensation cases. Cheryl Fisher specializes in family law.
The close and detail oriented attention to cases has secured large awards, including a recent $1.37 million dollar award in a personal injury case, a $5.2 million dollar award for a bad faith insurance case and a $6.5 million dollar recovery in a class action case.*
Our office services two large legal service plans: the Illinois Federation of Teachers Legal Service Plan and the Union Privilege Legal Services Plan (UPLS) for AFL-CIO members. Both these plans offer discounts to the union members in those plans.
